What is Rybuu?
An advanced e-commerce platform. Storefront and themes, admin panel, payments, shipping, marketplace integration, marketing tools, ad tracking and a mobile app for your team in one system; no plug-ins to install.
Who is it for?
Brands in Turkey that sell on their own website and on a marketplace. The ready-made themes are designed for fashion, menswear, beachwear, streetwear, accessories, cosmetics and gifts.
Is Rybuu available in English?
This website is in English and Turkish. The admin panel and the storefront are in Turkish today; you can sell in Turkish lira, US dollars or euros.
Can I move from another platform?
Yes. Whatever platform you use, you import your product list with Excel: stock code, name, category, price and stock come over, and new products arrive as drafts. From WooCommerce, products move with their variations, categories, photos and order history. Customer accounts and the old store’s settings are not moved.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store runs on your own domain over a secure connection (https).
Which payment methods are there?
For cards, a payment provider or your bank’s virtual POS, with 3D Secure and instalments. Also bank transfer (with an optional discount) and cash on delivery (with a service fee and an upper limit). You refund cards from the order page, in full or in part.
How does the store look on phones? Is there a mobile app?
All themes work on phones, and photos load at a size that fits the screen. There is also a mobile panel app for your team: new orders arrive as notifications, even when the app is closed.
