What we process

When you send the contact form:

• Your name and e-mail address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your store’s address and number of products (if you gave them)
• Your message and the language you sent the form in

When you visit the site, our web server records your IP address, the page asked for and browser details for security.

Why we process it

• To answer your demo and information requests and get in touch with you
• To protect the site and the form against abuse and keep information secure

Legal grounds and how it is collected

Your data is collected electronically when you send the form and when you visit the site. Answering your request is directly related to setting up a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c); security logs rest on our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).

Who receives it

The form’s contents are passed to the provider of our e-mail sending service and to the provider hosting our mailboxes, so they reach us as e-mail. The e-mail sending service is located in the European Union, so this is a transfer abroad. Your data is not shared with anyone else, sold or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are not stored on the site or on our web server; they are kept only in our mailbox until your request is settled and the periods required by law have passed, then deleted. Server logs are kept for at most 14 days.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Ask for information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong
• Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7
• Ask for corrections, deletions and destructions to be passed on to the third parties it was transferred to
• Object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing
